Dr. Grish Mohan Gupta is one of India's most respected industrial innovators, MSME leaders and social visionaries. With more than 65 years of experience in engineering, manufacturing and innovation, he has dedicated his life to nation building, industrial development and agricultural transformation.

He is the Founder, Chairman and Managing Director of Global Engineers Limited, New Delhi and the visionary force behind COEAR's Solar Greenhouse Revolution initiative.

Dr. Gupta has contributed significantly to Defence Manufacturing, Railway Automation, Nuclear Energy Projects, Border Security Systems, Agricultural Innovation, MSME Development, Solar Engineering and Research & Development.

Founded Global Engineers Ltd., an outstanding MSME since 13/06/1991. Generated INR 1020.22 Cr turnover, paid INR 105.02 Cr in taxes and created 1200+ jobs.

Defence Sector

Border Security & Propellant Technology

Developed Punched Tape Concertina Coil for Punjab border. Set up Nitro Cellulose propellant facilities at Ordnance Factories across India, saving Euro 55.6 million in foreign exchange.

Nuclear Energy

BARC & Fast Breeder Reactor

Designed and manufactured Pilot Plants for BARC and did extensive work for Fast Breeder Reactor at NPCIL Kalpakkam using Thorium as fuel.

2005

Railway Modernization

Designed Automatic Coach Painting Plants for Indian Railway workshops, preventing premature deaths of workers. Automated 28 railway workshops nationwide.

Present & Future

Solar Greenhouse Innovation

Pioneering Solar Greenhouse Technology (patent filed), promising 5X agricultural output while generating solar electricity. Establishing facility in Jhansi Defence Corridor.

Recently completed MBA from IIM Sambalpur, proving that learning and contributing to nation building has no age limit.
